Denise M. Richardson

Denise M. Richardson is the Executive Director of the General Contractors Association of New York, a trade association that represents New York City’s unionized, heavy civil, public works general contractors. Prior to joining the GCA, Ms. Richardson had a long career with both the MTA and New York City government in construction contract procurement, administration and financial management. Ms. Richardson is also the vice chair of the Regional Plan Association.
